Defender of the Poor
From the series "Dark Angels".
In this series I was inspired by gorgeous dark ladies, all coming from different parts of the world, with hard life, sometimes full of pain, fear, with wars left behind them.
It's also about strength and dignity that come through pain and violence.
Each of us needs a Defender - a Madonna that is strong, wise, beautiful and full of mercy. All of us are her children, lost and suffering. She does not care if you are rich or poor, if you are a soldier or a refugee. She finds love and condolence for all. As all of us are God's beloved ones, looking for help and sympathy.
