This painting was made in Florida, where we spent the last month of my dog’s (Apple) life in a desperate hope of better chance for her recovery in warm weather.
Inspired by a delicate scene of our morning surprise, where a green bird woke us with her song through the window. The colours of my work are effected by my conception of the very unique light of Pompano Beach.
