From an early age, I have sought ways to navigate an overly dense and overstimulating world, often attempting to dissolve into my surroundings as a means of belonging. Over time, life has continuously guided me back to a more embodied awareness, teaching me to listen to my highly sensitive, emotional, and perceptive inner landscape, and to create a safe space for its expression through color, form, and light. For me, painting is not merely a visual practice, but a mode of translation, where the soul expresses itself through matter. Within color fields, gestures, and subtle imprints of light, I carry information that extends beyond language. My creative trajectory did not begin with painting. I first moved through the fields of modeling, design, and garment construction, exploring identity, aesthetics, and the body as sites of expression. During my time in Milan, I concluded my work as a model, consciously redirecting my path toward a more internally aligned artistic practice. My visual language gradually emerged through mandalas and tattoo drawings, where I explored symbolism, structure, and the language of line. This process evolved into painting, initially through acrylics and later through a profound engagement with oil paint, which has become central to my practice. Largely self-taught, my artistic development has been shaped through intuitive exploration and sustained personal practice. Three years ago, I further refined my approach through the Mastery Program at the Milan Art Institute, which expanded both my technical foundation and conceptual depth. My work exists at the threshold between inner and outer worlds, a space where the intangible becomes perceptible. Rather than functioning as images in a conventional sense, my paintings operate as vessels of presence, emotion, and layered perception. Through chromatic depth, form, and subtle luminosity, they open a field that resists fixed interpretation. My creative process emerges from a space beyond defined roles and external expectation, a quiet, honest territory where nothing is forced or proven. From this space, my work invites a slower, more intimate encounter with perception, both for myself and for the viewer. Animals appear as recurring presences within my practice, experienced as symbolic guides that reflect processes of personal and collective transformation. Alongside this, I am drawn to inner, sacred landscapes, dimensions of experience that exist beyond verbal articulation. My process is grounded in trust: in perception, in intuition, and in what reveals itself gradually through making. The blank canvas becomes a site of negotiation between control and surrender, often beginning with intuitive layers of acrylic ink that open the field of possibility. Oil paint remains my primary medium, valued for its depth, viscosity, and capacity for transformation. Through layered construction, my works move from states of fragmentation and intensity toward cohesion and clarity, while retaining traces of their earlier states. Occasionally, fragments of text and symbolic marks remain embedded within the surface, offering subtle access points into the work’s internal logic. I paint as a way of opening space, within myself, and for others. A space of remembrance, transformation, and return to what lies beneath the surface.
