Irena Stojanović is a Belgrade-based painter currently completing her MA at the Faculty of Applied Arts. Her practice blends traditional techniques with experimental approaches to explore inner psychological landscapes. Working at the intersection of new figuration and abstraction, she treats images as carriers of emotional states rather than fixed narratives. Through an intuitive, layered process, Irena translates themes of identity and vulnerability into ambiguous visual spaces that invite introspection over explanation.
