Vanessa Koutsogianni

Vanessa Koutsogianni is a Greek visual artist. Her work is multilayered and abstract. Through intense rhythmic lines, patterns, and vivid colors, she expresses the subconscious. She draws inspiration from modern Expressionism and Cubism, following her own visual exploration. Through a deliberate process, she works on each side of the piece with a different dynamic, so that as it is rotated, new forms and meanings emerge. She titles her works using rare and distinctive words from the richness of the Greek language, honoring her cultural heritage.
