The Kiss

German language teacher and free time artist based in Koprivnica, Croatia. My work has been exhibited in cities ranging from my hometown of Koprivnica to major cultural centers such as Slavonski Brod, Zagreb, Vienna, London and New York. Through my drawings I explore the concept of love, floral and animal world. I most often use fine pens or felt-tip pens, often combining alcohol ink, collage and quilling techniques. Drawing has always been something that offered me comfort, joy and fulfillment. The goal of my art is to encourage people to look at life and the circumstances they find themselves in, from a different angle, but also to try their hand at artistic creation. We can always show what we experience and what surrounds us in new dimensions through art, and to me there is nothing more beautiful than that.
