Through meditation and imagination one can reach the cosmic connection with the divine and is then able to enter the magical circle. The equilateral triangle symbolizes the three-dimensional world and the equality of body, mind and soul. In Christianity, the Holy Trinity - the entity of God the Father, Son and the Holy Spirit - is represented by the triangle. The upward triangle is a symbol of striving toward heaven, male strength and fire.
