"Endangered Species" CCA120 Antun tiger rescued from wildlife trafficking

"Photography came into my life in 1993 during my 1st year of applied arts in Lyon. It's a passion that I've pursued alongside my work as an interior designer since 1999. In 2018, a change of life, a change of direction and a revelation. I moved to Guadeloupe, FWI, for 3 years of artistic wandering, solitude and introspection, a long inner journey. Returning to mainland France in 2021, I laid the foundations of my work and professionalised my art. My raw material is light, which I explore through different techniques and photographic series. Animal photography, portraiture and contemporary photography are the main focuses of my work. Committed to the protection of nature, my wildlife series ‘Endangered Species’ highlights wild animals that are victims of trafficking and mistreatment, taken in by the association Tonga Terre d'Accueil, which I support through my work. The artwork for the “Endangered Species” series is based on chiaroscuro, a sensibility inspired by the Caravaggesque school for the enhancement of the animal soul. My exhibitions are an opportunity to raise visitors' awareness of the state of our wilderness. I donate a 10% commission on the sale of my prints to the association.
