* To preserve gallery prestige, all bookings undergo a quality and content review by the jury. If a submission does not meet our standards, you receive an immediate 100% refund.

Secured your place?

Congratulations! If you have secured the place for your artwork at ChristmART 2026, there is a couple of things left for you to do.
1. Open the PDF file you have attached to your purchase.
A sign-in to your Google Account (Gmail) is necessary to fill out the Google Form collecting the data for the submission. This is the policy of Google Forms.
2. In the PDF file click the Register my artwork button.
3. The link will open in browser and will lead to a Google Form.
4. Fill in all the necessary information.
Please note that if you use an artistic name different to the name you used at the payment, please fill out both names at the submission.
5. Attach good-quality photos no more than 2MB.
The photos should contain only the artwork, without any background, people or interiors.
6. Submit the form.
7. Deliver or ship your artwork to the Gallery before November 10, 2026.
The shipping information will be available below. If the artwork does not arrive in time, the Golden Duck Gallery shall add it to the show at a later stage. No discounts shall be applicable in case of late delivery.

CONTENT LIMITATIONS
The Kleine Weihnachten Show has the goal of runnung an OPEN TOPIC exhibition that will be interesting for visitors and tourists. So here are some limitations for you to know how to maximize your chances to be there on our walls.

All artworks must be in READY TO HANG condition!

We suggest submitting art with interesting and unusual styles or topics to maximise your chances
COPYRIGHT REGULATIONS

Artist submitting the artwork for the show declares it to be original artwork created by them and based on their original concept.

Artworks based on a concept or idea taken from a different artwork should be marked as hommages with mentioning the author and the title of the original artwork.

The Gallery shall bear no legal obligation to check the originality of the artwork exhibited on the show. All copyright issues should be resolved between the author of the original artwork and the author of the disputed artwork.

The Artists grants the Gallery permission to use the artworks to promote events, exhibitions, open calls and other activities connected to the Open Call.
Shipping rules
For exhibitions held outside of Budapest, the shipping works this way:
We collect all artworks in the Golden Duck Gallery, pack them securely and then transport it by car to the Vienna Gallery.
This is subject to a one-time
€10 / artwork
transportation fee.
Note that CityGalleryVienna does not have an art storage, and cannot handle art pick-ups and shipping.*
Therefore all artworks must arrive to the Golden Duck Gallery in Budapest
by November 21, 2026
at the artist's sole expense.
Please note, that the artworks arriving at a later date might be denied of physical exhibition!
If you need backshipping, please make the packaging reusable so we can reuse the original packaging.

After the end of the exhibition, all unsold artworks will be returned to the artists. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the artists.

Please note that shipping fees on both ways (inside the gallery and outside for the artist) is paid by the artist.

If shipping from outside of the EU, VAT or import customs might be applied on the border. In order to avoid that, please mark the artwork as gift. If the Artist marks it as goods, the Artist shall refund the gallery with the sum of the tax & VAT.
