In this work, I depict a young girl leaning quietly against a windowsill, lost in thought. Beyond the window lies a seascape at early morning, where the soft light of dawn fills the space with calmness and inner stillness. The painting is created in watercolor, using light, transparent layers that preserve a sense of air and moving light. For me, this painting is filled with tender dreams of the sea, summer, and a simple, unhurried life close to nature. The girl and the rising dawn symbolize youth and hope, new beginnings, and a space toward which I find myself constantly drawn. The work is painted on canvas prepared with watercolor ground and sealed with archival watercolor varnish. It does not require glass or framing for exhibition.
