Sanja Dragutinović Komatina
Sanja Dragutinović Komatina is an artist and conservator-restorer based in Belgrade and Budapest. She graduated in applied painting and restoration at the Faculty of Applied Arts in Belgrade and completed postgraduate specializations in wall painting conservation in Rome and on icon studies in Greece. She taught conservation and restoration for 25 years at the Faculty of Applied Arts in Belgrade and worked on significant international conservation projects including Byzantine icons of the Ecumenical Patriarchate in Istanbul, wall paintings in Rome and the Balkans, and Serbian ecclesiastical heritage. Her artistic work has been presented in solo exhibitions, including Budapest, and in numerous group exhibitions in Serbia and abroad.
